The motivation behind the current research is to check effect of recent introduction value added tax (VAT) and Vision 2030 on economy Saudi Arabia. To this, those variables are analysis which contribute economic development including labor, capital, oil price, financial development, trade openness examine that how transformation affects role these in growth. According vector error correction (VEC) model, impact labor becomes negative after VAT, however, capital significant by this transformation. coefficients prices, for positive shocks, negative. Financial reporting surprising results; shocks have shown coefficients. However, 2030, has a coefficient. Policy implications include diversification exports, reviving private financing mechanism restructuring export/import policies.
